Job Description

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and security systems.
• Monitor performance and ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Manage Active Directory, Office 365, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Perform data backup, recovery, and patch management.
• Ensure network and system security, responding to incidents promptly.
• Provide 2nd/3rd-level support for IT and end-users.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in system/network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and network monitoring tools.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, or CompTIA Network+/Security+ are a strong plus.
