We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Plant Manager to oversee the full operations of our aluminium manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, quality assurance, and ensuring efficient plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the aluminium plant, including production, maintenance, and manpower
Develop production plans and ensure timely delivery of project requirements
Oversee fabrication processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and control operational costs
Lead, train, and supervise production teams to achieve performance targets
Coordinate with procurement, project, and engineering departments
