Job Description
- Develop and produce detailed architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for industrial, commercial, and large-scale development projects.
- Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and HVAC engineering
- teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural and engineering systems.
- Prepare and review architectural documentation, including technical reports, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards throughout the design and construction phases.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, and best practices to enhance project outcomes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within industrial or commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and HVAC teams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
