Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to agricultural roles (field workers, farm supervisors, agronomists, quality specialists, supply chain roles, etc.).
- Prepare and post job advertisements on suitable platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews (phone, online or in-person).
- Coordinate technical interviews with department managers.
- Maintain an updated candidate database.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local Labor Law and company policies.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports.
- Maintain recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, sourcing channels, turnover analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in agricultural crop companies is required.
- 3–5 years experience in recruitment, preferably in agriculture.
- Experience hiring field labor, seasonal workers, and technical agricultural roles is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Familiarity with agriculture job profiles and technical terms.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.
- Ability to travel to farms, packing stations, or recruitment sites when needed.
