Job Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to agricultural roles (field workers, farm supervisors, agronomists, quality specialists, supply chain roles, etc.).
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on suitable platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews (phone, online or in-person).
  • Coordinate technical interviews with department managers.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local Labor Law and company policies.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, sourcing channels, turnover analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in agricultural crop companies is required.
  • 3–5 years experience in recruitment, preferably in agriculture.
  • Experience hiring field labor, seasonal workers, and technical agricultural roles is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills.
  • Familiarity with agriculture job profiles and technical terms.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.
  • Ability to travel to farms, packing stations, or recruitment sites when needed.
