Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the automotive showroom to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize showroom revenue and market share.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock availability of vehicles, tires, and accessories.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product display to enhance brand image.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Analyze sales data, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend improvements based on market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Train new staff members and facilitate ongoing professional development for the showroom team.
Job Requirements
