Role Description
This is a full-time, entry-level, on-site position located in New Cairo for a Fresh Agent. The Fresh Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property inquiries, conducting property tours, maintaining client relationships, and supporting other real-estate processes
. Training and guidance will be provided to ensure the new agent’s growth and success in the role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and relationship building
- Basic knowledge or interest in the real estate industry, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude towards meeting goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundamental digital tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage
