#Key_Responsibilities:
-Analyze business needs and lead change or transformation initiatives.
-Prepare and manage documentation (BRD, SRS, RSD, Use Cases, User Stories, UML diagrams).
-Prioritize requirements and create conceptual wireframes.
-Design solutions from a business perspective and align with technical constraints.
-Collaborate with solution architects and UX teams to
ensure alignment with requirements.
-Support development and QC teams throughout the project lifecycle.
-Estimate project effort and assist in release planning, vision, and roadmap creation.
-Conduct user acceptance testing and validate new system functionalities.

#Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
-5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
-1+ years of hands-on Agile experience.
-Technical background as
a developer or testing engineer.
-Solid understanding of cryptography principles.
-Proficiency in creating software process documentation (SRS, RSD, user manuals).
-Experience in tender technical proposal preparation.
-Ability to present requirements using workflow diagrams, flowcharts, BPMN.
-Experience in requirements management tools (MS TFS, JIRA).
-Test case design/review skills and ability to prioritize requirements.
