Joviality is looking for a strategic, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and lead digital growth strategies across all platforms.

· Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

· Oversee performance marketing, SEO, SEM, email, and display.

· Lead Amazon & Noon advertising campaigns.

· Use data insights to improve performance and customer acquisition.

· Lead and inspire the digital marketing team.

Qualifications:

· 10+ years in digital marketing & e-commerce (2+ in leadership).

· Strong analytical and strategic skills.

· Experience in beauty or FMCG is a plus.
