Job Description
- To lead the maintenance department, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the treatment plants are functioning reliably and efficiently.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment, including pumps, motors, and valves.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, and lead repair activities to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a water treatment or similar process industry.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Courses:*Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), and specialized training in HVAC, pump systems, and electrical controls.
