"Human Resources Specialist"


*Job description:
1-Cooperating with all department managers and constantly communicating with them to determine the workforce needs and required labor, reviewing advertisements and sending them for approval before publication, and supervising the process of sorting and classifying applications.
2- Supervising the implementation of the time review system - vacations - penalties - rewards - promotions and termination of service in order to ensure the implementation of the company’s approved system in this regard.
4- Supervising the employees’ file and reviewing it periodically to ensure that its contents are complete in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Law.
5- Supervising the implementation of the company’s regulations regarding administrative systems, including absences, delays, sick leave, injury, etc.


*Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of experience in the same role.
-Very good in English.
-Excellent MS Office skills.
-Communication and Problem-solving skills.


Transportation available.
Working hours from 8 am to 4 pm , Day off : Friday .
Location : 10th of Ramadan.
