AutoCAD Revit Construction Documentation Problem Solving Team Collaboration Architectural Design

Job Description

Develop detailed architectural designs and technical drawings in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure integrated project delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve on-site issues.
Prepare and review project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Utilize advanced design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp) to create accurate models and visualizations.
Coordinate with clients to understand project objectives, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
Ensure all architectural solutions meet local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and material selection.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and updates on design progress.
Support the continuous improvement of design processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural engineering or design roles.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Experience in preparing technical documentation and project reports.
Ability to conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building standards is an advantage.
