Job Description
- Provide after-sales technical support and maintenance services for Meters and.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Meters
- Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for customers across various locations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
- Document service activities, maintenance logs, and customer interactions accurately and promptly.
- Train end-users and clients on the proper operation and maintenance of products.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 10 year of relevant experience in after-sales service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
- Good understanding of electricity devices.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
