Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor Engineer specialized in Interiors Work, based in Cairo. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day tasks such as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing and controlling project costs,
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measure project requirements accurately.
- Prepare and analyze cost breakdowns for project items.
- Review and interpret shop drawings to support cost estimation.
- Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support cost control activities and assist in budget management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Familiarity with interior design projects is a plus
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and time-management abilities
Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
. 1–2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (preferably in interior or fit-out projects).
. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and contracts.
. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
