Job Description

•  Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
•  Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with

• regulatory standards.
•  Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
•  Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.
•  Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring

• timely completion.
•  Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support organizational objectives.
•  Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
•  Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
•  Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function.
•  Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
