Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategies, manage paid media performance, and oversee a growing marketing team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience, a performance mindset, and proven results in the Gulf market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies for Gulf-based clients.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously improve ROAS and CPA.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Set KPIs, track results using GA4 and conversion tracking tools.
- Collaborate with content, design, and AI tools to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Prepare clear performance reports and insights for clients and management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Proven experience managing clients in the Gulf market.
- Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Pixels, Events, and Tracking setups.
- Previous experience managing or leading a digital marketing team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and CRO is a plus.
