Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategies, manage paid media performance, and oversee a growing marketing team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience, a performance mindset, and proven results in the Gulf market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies for Gulf-based clients.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously improve ROAS and CPA.
Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team.
Set KPIs, track results using GA4 and conversion tracking tools.
Collaborate with content, design, and AI tools to maximize campaign efficiency.
Prepare clear performance reports and insights for clients and management.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred).
Proven experience managing clients in the Gulf market.
Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Pixels, Events, and Tracking setups.
Previous experience managing or leading a digital marketing team.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of SEO and CRO is a plus.
