We’re Hiring: Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team and lead our Quality Assurance operations in the Frozen Fruits & Vegetables / Food Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure implementation and compliance with HACCP, NFSA, BRC, and internal QC standards

Oversee incoming raw material inspection and product quality compliance

Monitor production quality, analyze QC reports, and verify specifications

Handle customer claims, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions

Manage and continuously improve quality control and documentation systems

Evaluate packaging materials and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, or related field

Minimum 7 years’ experience in food manufacturing (Frozen Fruits & Vegetables preferred)

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Proven experience in freezing processes

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
