Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources (HR) Consultant based in Kuwait City. The Junior HR Consultant will assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily tasks include supporting HR management activities, providing guidance on HR practices, and assisting in maintaining a smooth and effective HR

operation within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts, including HR Policies and HR Management
• Experience and knowledge in Employee Relations and effectively managing workplace dynamics
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
