Design Engineer role is focused on the structural design of steel components for standard and complex steel structures, including Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs).

The Design Engineer is preparing engineering calculations and ensuring compliance with fabrication standards, structural codes, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

Perform structural design and analysis of steel structures and connections using relevant software with considering codes and standards (AISC, IS 800, Eurocode, etc.).

Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and drawings for steel elements .

Coordinate with detailers and fabricators to ensure constructability, accuracy, and alignment with design intent.

Qualifications

BSc in Civil Engineering.

Years of Experience in same field (2-6).

Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage tasks and collaborate effectively.

Software skills: Proficiency in design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, and IDEA StatiCa, as well as CAD tools and Microsoft Office.
