Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales
and Marketing Specialist based in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves identifying and fostering relationships with potential customers, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and managing sales processes to achieve growth targets. Additionally, the specialist will provide training and support for clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with Algorithmics' courses and services. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining excellent customer service standards will also play a key part in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer
- Service to interact effectively with potential and existing customers.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve company growth goals.
- Experience in Training to provide support and assistance to clients and team members.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently to meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with programming or the educational technology industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective communication in a diverse work environment.
