We are now looking for a Brand Designer / Graphic Designer who can create strong brand identities from the ground up, work with structure and intention, and consistently deliver high-end, well-crafted results.
This role is not for template-based designers.
It’s for someone who enjoys starting from a blank canvas, doing deep research, and shaping brands with clarity, consistency, and purpose.
🧠 The role
You will play a key role in shaping both Keyformance’s own brand and the brands we build for clients. You’ll work closely with founders, Tech Lead, UX/UI designers and developers to ensure that design, product and technology speak the same language.
Your responsibility is to define, build and protect brand systems — not just produce visuals.
✨ What you’ll be responsible for
- Creating brand identities from scratch (logo, typography, color systems, visual language)
- Translating strategy, research and positioning into clear visual systems
- Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and design systems
- Ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (product, marketing, presentations, social, web)
- Designing high-quality graphic assets for digital products and campaigns
- Collaborating closely with UX/UI and development teams
- Iterating, refining and elevating — no “good enough” solutions
🎯 We’re looking for someone who:
- Can design brands from zero — not just refine existing ones
- Has a strong European design sensibility (clean, modern, balanced, timeless)
- Works structured and systematically
- Cares deeply about details, hierarchy and consistency
- Takes ownership and shows strong craftsmanship
- Can clearly explain and defend design decisions
- Understands the difference between visuals and brand systems
🛠️ Tools & skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Canva
- Figma (experience with design systems is a big plus)
- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end brand work, not only isolated graphics
