Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Fresh Agents at our location in New Cairo. Fresh Agents will be responsible for client engagement, assisting with property inquiries, guiding potential buyers or tenants through the process, and providing excellent customer service. The role also
includes sourcing properties, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about real estate market trends to offer informed advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about real estate market trends and property valuation
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site, remain organized under pressure, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in using basic computer tools and real estate CRM systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset to take the initiative in business activities
- Relevant prior experience or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial but is not mandatory
