Job Description
- Develop and implement the sales strategy
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate major contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term service deals with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Egyptian shipping market and international trade routes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
