We are hiring a Warehouse Keeper to support daily warehouse operations for our e-commerce business. The role focuses on accurate receiving, organized storage, fast and correct picking/packing, and maintaining clean inventory records. You will help ensure orders are dispatched on time and with zero mistakes, and support regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation using Odoo (Inventory) or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound items, check quantities/conditions, and record GRNs accurately.
- Organize storage locations (bin/zone system) and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Pick and pack orders accurately (SKU/variant/quantity) and prepare shipments for couriers.
- Labeling, packing standards, and ensuring proper protection for fragile items.
- Handle returns/exchanges: receiving, inspection, restocking, and reporting issues.
- Support cycle counts and monthly stocktakes; investigate discrepancies.
- Update inventory movements on Odoo (or follow the process to ensure records stay accurate).
- Report shortages, damages, and operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in E-commerce warehouse/fulfillment (picking, packing, dispatch).
- Good understanding of inventory basics (SKUs, variants, stock movements).
- Experience using Odoo Inventory (preferred) or any WMS/ERP + ability to learn fast.
- High attention to detail (accuracy is critical).
- Physically able to handle warehouse tasks (standing, lifting, moving cartons).
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work under daily shipment deadlines.
- Experience with fragile products packaging standards.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets for simple tracking.
- Experience working with couriers/shipping labels.
