Position Summary: The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing civil construction activities—including structural works, finishes, and infrastructure—within industrial or pharmaceutical project environments. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage civil works on-site, including structural elements, architectural finishes, and infrastructure components.
Review, interpret, and implement engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor construction progress, identify issues, and propose effective solutions to maintain schedule and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and quality control procedures.
Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, and compliance with safety protocols.
Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and updates for project management.
Support procurement by evaluating construction materials and confirming compliance with project requirements.
Enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in civil construction, including finishing works and infrastructure—experience in industrial or pharmaceutical projects is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction materials, finishing standards, and site safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
