Position Summary:
Quarcom Engineering is looking for a Safety Engineer to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements across project sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and safety procedures on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.
- Prepare safety reports, incident records, and corrective action plans.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for site staff.
- Investigate incidents and near misses and recommend preventive actions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience as a Safety / HSE Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Safety certifications preferred (NEBOSH, OSHA).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
