Job Description

Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to client needs and organizational objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective and existing clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on account performance and sales progress.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work onsite as required by the role.
