Role Description
This is a full-time English Customer Support role in the Airlines industry based on-site in Giza. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to airline services, handling customer complaints promptly and professionally, and supporting the resolution of issues. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate. The selected candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and align with company standards.
