This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an IT Officer. The IT Officer will be responsible for managing IT systems, ensuring the functionality of hardware and software, and resolving technical issues. The

role involves providing technical support, managing network infrastructure, and overseeing system administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT environment. Additionally, the IT Officer will play a key role in troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment and networks.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for software and hardware issues
• Proficiency in Information Technology and Network Administration, including managing network systems
• Experience in System Administration, ensuring security, updates, and smooth operation of IT systems
• Ability to handle IT challenges systematically and manage tasks effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
