Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support virtual servers both on cloud and on-premises.
• Implement and maintain security measures and security best practices.
• Monitor and validate backups, troubleshoot incidents, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Support help desk teams by resolving system and infrastructure escalations.
• Administer and manage operating systems running Windows Server and Ubuntu Linux.
• Manage Office 365 email accounts and Azure services.
• Maintain and configure load balancer such as AWS Load balancers and Nginx.
• Apply system patches, security updates, and SSL certificate renewals.
• Keep track of infrastructure assets and services.
• Ensure high availability through clustering, load balancing, and redundancy configurations.

• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Excellent English Speaker
• Experience with Linux & Windows
• Proficiency with Amazon Web Services "AWS"
• Good understanding of Docker and containerization
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as AWS Cloudwatch & Zabbix
• Experience with endpoint security management (M365/Intune, antivirus/EDR, device hardening) and the ability to prepare detailed technical responses for security questionnaires and RFPs
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL databases
• Familiarity with Office 365
• Good understanding of security practices and compliance
• Solid understanding of Networking
• Familiarity with JIRA and ticketing systems
• Automations and scripting skills
