As part of our growth and dedication to excellence, we are seeking a results-driven and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities for chocolates, desserts, and related products.
• Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are achieved consistently.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe working environment in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Record production data, yield, and wastage reports accurately.
• Support implementation of food safety, quality, and traceability systems (HACCP, GMP).
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or process bottlenecks.
• Train and guide production staff on proper techniques and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and alignment with management instructions.
• Assist in product trials, new recipe testing, and operational adjustments when needed.
• Work closely with Quality Control to minimize non-conformities and maintain consistent product standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in food manufacturing or confectionery production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with food safety systems and manufacturing best practices.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Based in Cairo.
