About role: -
The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels to drive revenue growth and ensure a smooth customer journey. This role involves overseeing product listings, pricing, promotions, and website performance, while coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer service teams. The E-commerce Specialist analyzes sales data and customer behavior to improve conversion rates, enhance user experience, and support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Previous experience+1 year managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Jumia).
Skilled in uploading products, tracking orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Upload and update products on the specific marketplaces (Amazon-Noon-Jumia……etc.
Monitor and track orders to completion.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
