This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Agent - Fluent English Speaker based in Cairo, Egypt. The agent will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues. ensure satisfaction. and deliver excentional customer service across multiple channels. Responsibilities include offering support to customers, managing customer requests ef ficiently, and maintaining a high standard of communication to enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves a mix of on-site work in Cairo and remote work flexibility

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support. and Customer Experience are essential to effectively handle inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving Issues in a professional and timely manner
• Proficiency with communication tools and customer engagement platforms is beneficial
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills,
• Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
