Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Leisure Travel Consultant. The role involves assisting clients with planning and booking leisure travel experiences, including tours and travel packages. Additional responsibilities include managing car rental bookings, providing expert travel consultations, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the process. The successful candidate will also work closely with other teams to ensure smooth travel management and memorable customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Leisure Travel experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Knowledge of Car Rental services and Travel Management processes
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and tools is advantageous
