Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid role located in Cairo (with 1 week monthly spent in Dubai) for a Growth Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will spearhead strategies to expand customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand presence. Responsibilities include optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, managing projects, implementing marketing automation processes, and
utilizing web analytics to inform data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Growth Marketing and Marketing Analytics
- Experience with Project Management and Marketing Automation tools
- Proficient in Web Analytics to assess and improve campaign performance
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with the food or logistics industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in English, Arabic
