Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial assembly tools, bolting tools, metalworking machinery, and related equipment.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and onsite visits, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers or manufacturers as needed.
- Conduct product installations, commissioning, and user training sessions for clients across manufacturing, coffee, and dental sectors.
- Document and track support cases, solutions, and customer feedback using internal systems.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and technical advice to clients.
- Assist in the development and updating of technical documentation, manuals, and training materials.
- Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer workshops as a technical expert.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in technical support, field service, or a related engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong Microsoft Skills
- Familiarity with industrial machinery, assembly tools, or metalworking equipment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
