Job Requirements – Business Development Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (depending on level)
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Strong skills in client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Experience in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations
• Strong understanding of market research and competitor analysis
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel or attend meetings/events if required
