Job description:-



We are looking for an experienced and creative employee to join our
team, interacting with our lovely customers over different channels
(Inbound, Outbound, Social Media, Email, and chat).

- Job duties and responsibilities

1. Connect with customers over different Channels

2. Handling Escalations and Inquiries

3. Collaborate with all teams to fulfill Customers needs.

-Job requirements.

* At least 1-year experience in a customer service role.

* Good understanding of Customer service KPIs

* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

* Team player

* Good time-management skills

* Great interpersonal and communication skills.

* Age between 20 and 30 years old.

*Great Soft Skills.

*Salary 4k + transportation + medical.
