Responsibilities:

-Communicate with customers via phone.

-Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.

-Work with internal departments to meet customers needs.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors Degree or dropouts only

-No experience needed

-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

-Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work

-Fluency in English is a must

-Flexible with fixed night shift from 5 pm till 2 am
