الملخص الوظيفي

Job Description:


Consult with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets then match the needs with available properties.

Draft, negotiate and follow through with the execution of new lease agreements with new tenants.

Provide guidance and direction to site-specific leasing issues.

Conduct background and position checks and verify other references as directed by the Leasing Manager.

Prepare leases for Leasing Managers review and approval; obtains signatures from Top Management and tenants.

Coordinate in move-in dates, materials, and processes.

Create, develop, and maintain waiting lists as needed.

Implement marketing strategies to attract tenants as assigned by Marketing Department.
Meet the tenants and solve their issues if any founded.



Requirements:


1 to 3 years of experience in the same field (shopping malls is a must)

Strong negotiations and leasing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent in English.
