Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect and thoroughly qualify new leads to achieve sales targets.
Determine customers needs, answer their questions about our products/services, and recommend solutions.
Build and maintain our clients brands and raise their product/service awareness through exposure, influence, and engagement across all social media platforms.
Create and implements the social media strategy; provide guidance for campaigns; develop an annual plan for social media campaigns and posts.
Support the broad social media strategy needs.
Gathers relevant data to guide social media strategy and tactical implementations for short-term and long-term engagement and effectiveness.
Moderate and build business relationships with our clients on social media; grow, manage, and engage with social communities; communicate with followers, respond to inquiries on time, and monitor customer reviews; inform appropriate departments of responses/insights from the social community.
Serves as primary content creator for all social media platforms; develops and executes all campaigns and posts; creates relevant graphics and takes photos as needed.
Collaborates with other teams/departments to ensure brand consistency, coordinate content, and guide or facilitate posting content.
Organizes project work groups to gather and review relevant data to guide social media campaign development and enhance effectiveness.
Stays current with social platforms, social technology, reporting tools, trends, audience development and content, and creative best practices to develop innovative ways to connect.
