Job Description

  • Responsible for recruiting, screening, headhunting, interviewing and placing candidates 
  • Reports directly to HR manager 
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications in various portals 
  • Scheduling interviews and assisting in interview process 
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process 
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire 
  • Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions, benefits and conditions .

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 2-5 years as an HR Recruiter
  • Experience in the real estate Field preferred
  • Very Good in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, representable, accommodation near new Cairo
