Duties and responsibilities
Execute the warehouse and distribution daily activities after the order have been revised from the 10 of Ramadan factory and ready to be dispatched by printing delivery ticket, attaching the delivery ticket with the drivers documents and the customer contact person in order to make sure that the order is dispatched correctly.
Follow up with the drivers until they reach the customer and the customer receive his order by coordinating with the CSD, the driver and the distribution Administrators in order to ensure that the customer receive his order in time and the right quantity.
Archive the delivery tickets by collecting the delivery tickets from the drivers and making sure that they are signed and stamped by the customer in order to archive the delivery ticket to be easy for the CSD and the finance to revise it if it is needed.
Execute the recall of the returned products from the customers by coordinating with the distribution administrator and the drivers to satisfy the sales and the customers
Qualifications
Arabic Speaker is a must
4-6 years of experience
Minimum High School Diploma is required
