Job Responsibilities
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, COO, Packing list, bills of lading)
Plan shipments based on OBD and customer requests
Coordinate the supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
Communicate with customers, shipping lines, trucker, ports, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Schedule loading plan taking into consideration WHs shifts capacity and vessel schedules
Maintain updated reports of shipments and send to customers
Provide information to customers about the status of their shipments, sudden regelation,
Follow up the customer complains (if any) to close internal with clear action plan and responsibility




Job Requirements
0 - 2 Years of Experience is preferred
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related degree is preferred
Proven experience as a logistics coordinator is recommended
Experience in customer service will be appreciated
Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Ability to work with different internal and external teams and track multiple processes
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (SAP)
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
