Location: Maadi

- we are looking for HR Planning who can identify current and future human resources needs for an organization to achieve its goals.

Responsibilities:

1-Develop a strong understanding of the rationale underlying HR policies to guide staff and management.

2-Support HR Departments initiative to improve data quality and accuracy in systems.

3-Prepare regular staffing analyses, formal reports and briefs.

Requirements:

1 years of experience as HR Planning, Workforce planning and Data Analysis also are welcome to apply.

- Strong numerical and research skills.
