We are
hiring  Recruitment supervisor  to join our team 

 Responsibilities 

- Recruiting
blue and white collar

- Responsible
for supervising and providing guidance to the recruitment team to ensure
recruitment efforts meet organizational goals which include quality of hires
time to fill and cost per hire

- Oversees
recruitment budget

- Partners
with business stakeholders to define business staffing requirements

- Develops
and implements recruitment policies and procedures

- Analyze
recruitment trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions
programs and policies  

- Provides
Recruitment and Retention Information analysis and reports to senior management

- Stays
abreast of current employment legislation and ensures organization reacts
timely and appropriately  

- Ensures
integrity of the recruitment cycle ensures recruitment team maintains accurate
documentation on all candidates searches hiring manager interactions and other
recruiting activities

- Other
duties and projects as assigned

 Requirements 

- EXP from
(3-5) years in the same role in Food and Beverages Field is a must .

- Bachelor
Degree is required 

- Excellent
communication skills

- MS Office
( V.Good)

-Location :
Dokki Giza 

-5 working
days & 2 days off

-Salary
depend on your previous experience
