Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Showroom Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations within the showroom, manage sales teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing inventory and displays, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The role will also involve training and motivating staff, setting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing Customer Experience
• Proven track record in Sales and delivering on sales targets
• Familiarity with furniture showrooms, including showroom management and product display
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Cairo, Egypt
• Prior experience in retail or showroom management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
