ob Summary:
We’re looking for a Technical Office Architect with 3–6 years of experience to develop design concepts, prepare detailed drawings, review shop drawings, and coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
Job Details:
Employment: Full-time
Industry: Architecture and Planning
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • 3–6 years of experience in an architectural design/technical office
  • Strong background and good knowledge of BIM workflows
  • Skilled in design concept development
  • Proficient in BIM Revit, 3Ds Max, Lumion, and Corona Render
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing & documentation
  • Experienced in reviewing shop drawings and payment applications
  • Familiar with local and international building codes & standards
  • Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • English proficiency is preferred
