Job Description
- Prepare the Manufacturing OPEX budget, including direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
- Monitor and analyze plants’ KPIs related to cost and efficiency on a monthly and annual basis.
- Lead and control the MRP process in each plant and consolidate MRP plans at the group level.
- Lead new product development processes in coordination with Sales and Mould Engineering departments.
- Oversee all production planning and production management activities within the organization.
- Develop production plans, budgets, and timelines according to production specifications.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Plan and optimize workflow and production schedules across production departments.
- Support production risk assessment and define mitigation plans.
- Evaluate current production processes and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify required equipment, materials, and manpower to meet production targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Production Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing Operations.
- Proven experience in budget preparation, cost control, and KPI analysis.
- Strong knowledge of MRP / ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and multi-site teams.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in multi-plant or group manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
