We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential and commercial fit-out works, ensuring that all activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timeline, and quality standards. The role requires strong coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute all fit-out activities (civil, architectural, MEP coordination, finishes).

• Ensure works are carried out according to shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and labor teams on site.

• Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved materials, and mock-ups.

• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients.

• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions.

• Ensure HSE regulations are followed on site.

• Assist in material requests, deliveries, and site logistics.

• Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering or related field.

• 2–5 years experience in residential fit-out or interior finishing projects.

• Strong knowledge of finishing works (gypsum, painting, flooring, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms).

• Basic understanding of MEP coordination within fit-out projects.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and basic MS Office.

• Site-based role.
